BP Builders recently provided this restored roof to the property owner of this building in Stratford Connecticut. This roof had several leaks, ponding and areas of disrepair. We rolled roughly 11,000 square feet of silicone, providing the owner with a waterproof roof and a renewable warranty on materials and labor. The white roof coating is an 85%+ solar reflective surface that will dramatically reduce HVAC costs.
