Then very patient while we shopped around for a loan.Once we got things squared away on our end Kevin got us scheduled for the following week!It had been a very windy day so there were some nails and shingles that had been blown around.Brett called a few days after and asked if we were happy. The house went on the market and we decided to do the roof very last minute. Our real estate agent, Judy Halleran, had Brett take a look at it. We called him on a Weds. and his crew was there on Saturday. The crew was very professional and had it done in 6hrs! We also had him put a new ceiling in one of the bedrooms due to water damage. That only took 2 days and it was last minute as well. Brett also worked with us financially, not a lot of contractors do that. He really went out of his way to get it done fast.
